This is a resource I compiled of semi-auto pistols that have been recalled or Upgraded for Safety related problems like Drop Firing, Safeties that Malfunction, Risk of Accidental Discharge, etc.

P320 had a real issue... and the P365 didn't have one because the designs are certainly different. Maybe they are similar, but that's like saying a Glock and Sig are the "same" because both are striker fired pistols. They are not in reality and neither is the P365 and P320. It has never discharged on its own nor has it had an unintended discharge while being handled and shot. If you are THAT concerned about it’s safety, don’t buy one. TAS.
