Specifically, the closest I can get is 16-20 using legendary firesplitter. If I use dino handaxe, it just gives me 17-20. I disagree. I no longer carry cleave or great cleave on my barbarian. Especially since the release of strikethough i have no trouble hitting multiple enemies. You really only need 3 buttons to play barb dps. 1) Cracking attack 2) adrenaline 3) boulders might. For cleaves i have Boulders might and Tantrum from FB T5 tree those are sufficient for me.Epic Strike: Multiselector: . The scaling isn't great compared to other melee imbues, but that got me thinking... the new psionic thralls resist all damage except untyped, so maybe this imbue has a place.
